Beginners Yoga Classes  are suitable for anybody. You do not need to have any experience of yoga before attending the class and all fitness levels are welcome and catered for. The yoga style Ann teaches is Hatha Yoga. Everyone can benefit from practicing yoga so if you would like to learn some techniques to relax/de-stress or improve your sporting performance, your sleep, stretch out your back, become suppler, and build your strength then this class is suitable for you. All abilities and ages are welcome. Men why don’t you give it a try a lot of sportspeople do.

Private Tuition: If you would like to be taught yoga: beginners, intermediate or advanced, pregnancy or Postnatal Recovery then Ann is available to teach you on a one-to-one basis, in the privacy of your own home, work, or in a central venue. Pregnancy Yoga

Birthlight Perinatal (Antenatal/Pregnancy) Yoga classes are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, they are antenatal classes that combine yoga-inspired moves, birth breathing, active birth education, and relaxation to support mum-to-be through her pregnancy and help her feel calm and confident whatever her birth outcome.

Learn techniques to relax, improve your sleep, and prepare for your birth, and to recover after birth.

Classes are suitable from 14 weeks+ and gentle enough for those with Pelvic Girdle Pain.

Postnatal Recovery Yoga Classes  are suitable for any type of birth experience including c-sections. The focus of these classes is on the New Mum to help her rebuild her strength, realign her organs, strengthen and tone her muscles including abdominals and pelvic floor, deal with fatigue, stress, and postnatal depression. You are more than welcome to bring your baby along to the class and can feed at any time throughout the class. Also, a great opportunity to meet new Mums in the area and to talk through your experiences.

Classes are suitable from after the 6-week check completed by your Doctor.
